Creating an account is quick and easy.

Follow the steps below to create your account and unlock access to the Problem Solver Application.

Step 1: Open the Registration Form

Click the button below to begin the registration process:

Step 2: Fill Out the Registration Form

Complete the form by providing the following details:

🔹 Username – Choose a unique username for yourself or your organization. If needed, you can request a change later via written request.

🔹 Password – Set a secure password or allow your browser to generate and save one for you.

🔹 First Name – Enter your first name for personalization.

🔹 Last Name – Enter your last name to complete your profile.

🔹 Email Address – Provide the email address you want to associate with your account.

Important: If you plan to sync web hosting data and service information with the Problem Solver App, ensure that this email matches the one used for Dark Horse Virtue Hosting.
If you have questions, you can reach out to your Problem Solver Associate directly within the app.

🔹 Profile Picture – Upload an image to personalize your account.

🔹 Birthday (optional) – Enter your birth date if you’d like to receive a special birthday gift. 🎉

✅ Verify you’re human by completing the reCAPTCHA verification.
✅ Agree to the Privacy Policy to finalize your registration.

Step 3: Create Your Account

Click the ‘Create Account’ button to complete your registration.
